The Office is located in the departure terminal. The office is open in coincidence to arrivals and departures of commercial flights.

Passengers can take advantage of the following services:
- assistance in case of missing or damaged baggage (receiving complaints and search for lost baggage);
- managing lost baggage procedure until Flight Carrier takeover;
- home delivery of found baggage belonging to passengers living in Siena;
- information on missing baggage.
